This custom hardcover edition was developed for a substantial book block exceeding 1,000 pages and reaching approximately 72mm in thickness. Manufacturing a hardcover of this scale requires advanced binding expertise, reinforced structural engineering, and precise process control to maintain long-term durability while ensuring comfortable reading performance.

A key feature of this project is the use of textured Wibalin paper as the cover material. Unlike conventional laminated covers, the artwork is printed directly onto the textured surface, preserving the natural character and tactile richness of the material. This approach creates a more authentic premium appearance while requiring specialized printing control to achieve accurate color reproduction and consistent image quality across the textured substrate.

The edition is further enhanced with deep debossed cover elements, decorative deckled edge pages, head and tail bands, ribbon markers, and a removable promotional belly band.
